The State Fair of Texas has arrived! I'll be judging in the category of Chocolate! this week and can't wait to meet all the bakers and chocolate lovers. After the judging, I'm headed out to the fair grounds for my corny dog (I admit I love them, and with lots of mustard) and other fair fun.
I am a fanatic about popcorn! But I never indulge until the cooler months arrive. For me, it's synonymous with the crunch of leaves underfoot, fall festivals and state fairs, and cozy movie nights under a blanket. With the arrival of fall and the opening of the State Fair, I was inspired to share with you my favorite caramel popcorn recipe.
