A Translator's Name in the New York Time's Book Review
How rewarding as a translator to see my name mentioned in the New York Time's book review for Maison Kayser's French Pastry Workshop! Translators are not often recognized specifically, so when a writer takes time to mention the translator's name, especially when space is tight, it's a special honor! My goal as a translator is accuracy for my authors and editors and a clear message for the readers, but recognition in such a way is always a bonus. Thank you to the writer Cree LeFavour for the call out!
