Creamy Dreamy White Chocolate Mousse

I have to admit I love white chocolate, but one that contains real cocoa butter as its only vegetable fat (i.e., one that meets the legal definition of white chocolate as defined by the FDA). I avoid anything that masquerades as white chocolate with its “palm kernel oil” or other fats in absence of cocoa butter!

I created this creamy, luscious white chocolate mousse recipe for days when I feel like satisfying the sweeter side of my chocolate cravings. Enjoy!
